Nikita is recognized by the CCPA, CAPCT, CRPO, and BCACC as an CCC-S, RCC-ACS and RP as an approved supervisor for both students and established practitioners of counselling and psychotherapy. She is qualified to consult on child, youth, and adult cases, as well as couple and group practices.

She especially enjoys working with emerging therapists and counsellors who require guidance while completing their Masters, Doctoral or certificate training programs and as an ongoing support for their private practices. Nikita has supervised students at the Adler University of Psychology, UBC, SFU, VCC, Langara College and Capilano University programs.

Her broad experience in the psychotherapy/counselling profession, adult education and mediation has equipped her with the tools necessary to support and guide colleagues and other therapists in established practices and work settings. Furthermore, she assists them in troubleshooting difficult dilemmas and complex, intractable clinical cases.

Nikita is also available to help professionals such as lawyers, non-mental health mediators, teachers, financial consultants and human resources personnel navigate difficult interpersonal issues involving challenging individual personalities and group dynamics.
